How is it possible? I am thinking all the time bout this damn riddle haha ... turns north... what was his position before? guess from south to north would be 180 degree turn... I think I got it he is walking north all the time, he just faces west and faces south but he does not turn around? want to add that if he faces west he can walk on but facing south when walking north he definitely has to move his body to really face south (you cant walk forward to north while your head is 180° turned to south, can you?) damn riddle! | |

| He is not using any weird facing south but sidestepping 1 mile or anything. He simply heads north for 1 mile then heads west for 1 mile then heads south for 1 mile and then is in the same spot he started  | |
