Mini-Raids

I think the guild should be focusing on its members. We have a couple higher level people in the guild but they stick together and more or less work for each other.

An example is Sphinx and I have mainly gotten levels up by our own means. I have never had a higher up mentor down as of yet. There has been a couple offers and they are appreciated.

But Sphinx had a good idea, when he had said there should be a weekly day for the younger members.

Maybe on week 1 we can do a level 10-20 raid on a zone.

Maybe on week 2 we can do a level 20-30 raid on a zone.

This would allow us to re-experience some of the younger zones but also with the entire guild being there it would build teamwork and allow the guild to reinforce our younger members.

VZ, this would be a good start to practicing tactics for our members and allow them to see how to handle the raid bosses and get a feel for what their classes are supposed to do in a raid situation. The more experience they can get at younger levels the more you can push them to be better later in the game.

Why do you I have the feeling that you guys sometimes dont... well uh.. see or read or dont want to read what I am saying? I think I gotta tell this to our Primordial mommy... so she can take on a punishment on you... while I watch at ya shes going to use the chockin jedi power till you guys LISTEN to me

I cant help you guys when I post stuff suggesting the weekly event and then theres no responses. Maybe you simply overread this? Maybe you guys have read it and probably didnt like the idea. But the entire post now shows to me that you are up for it. I even was talking in /guild chat to inform you about this topic. uh well....

I was thinking about a day in the week where the veterans or the 55's or the elite or whatever we call it ;p well where we help out our lower levels on their xp. Tuesdays would be very good to me, I would have time all the day on tuesdays to mentor you guys, to tank crap and whatnot.

I just need more input here. What about our other high lvl guys?
